Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read through these policies before you place your order. I am a one woman show and I rely on you to help make this business run as smoothly as possible.

EMAIL RESPONSE TIME

I only respond to emails once a day, for one hour. If your email wasn’t received by that one hour window or if I simply cant get to it it will be responded to the next day. Also DIRECT MESSAGES on Instagram are impossible to respond to, if you send me a question pertaining to an order I will just ask you to email me. I don’t know your IG handles and emails and who’s order goes with who’s and I cant search in IG messages and its a nightmare. PLEASE JUST EMAIL ME. I also reserve the right to not answer every email that I receive. I simply don’t have enough time in the day to respond to every single inquiry or question. Typically inquiry emails can be answered by reading these policies or checking newsletter. All of the below apply.

RETURNS

I typically don’t accept returns. The nature of the products being sent is mostly original art, and there are too many damage factors in shipping things back in forth. That being said, I will work on an individual basis where returns are applicable. All of the below apply.

- RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY

- PLEASE EMAIL BLAH DIRECTLY BEFORE SHIPPING ITEMS BACK

- RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW/UNUSED CONDITION

-UPON ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNED ITEMS, A REFUND, EXCLUDING THE COST OF SHIPPING, WILL BE MADE VIA THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD

SHIPPING

I do my very best to get all of my shipped product into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. I primarily use USPS for shipping. During the holidays and when we are in seasons of shipping delays I will not issue refunds until 30 days has lapsed from the date of shipment. All of the below apply to all shipped orders.

-ALL ORDERS SHIPPED VIA FIRST CLASS MAIL ARE NOT INSURED.

-ALL ORDERS THAT ARE A PART OF A FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION WILL BE SHIPPED VIA THE MOST ECONOMICAL OPTION (BECAUSE) FREE.

-IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR PACKAGE INSURED, PLEASE PURCHASE INSURANCE UNDER THE SHIPPING ADD-ON SECTION OF MY SHOP.

-IF YOU WOULD LIKE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, YOU MAY ALSO FIND THAT UNDER THE SHIPPING ADD-ON SECTION OF MY SHOP

-IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, CONTACT ME. BUT PLEASE WAIT A DAY OR TWO BECAUSE IT MIGHT JUST BE STUCK IN TRANSIT.

-PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I KNOW JUST AS MUCH AS YOU DO AS TO WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS. THE ONLY INFORMATION I HAVE IS THE TRACKING NUMBER, I HAVE NO ACCESS TO ANY BEHIND THE SCENES SECTION OF OUR MAILING SYSTEMS AND I DON’T PERSONALLY DELIVER THE PACKAGES MYSELF.

STOLEN PACKAGES + CONTESTED CREDIT CARDS

This is the worst part of my shop policies and a portion that I absolutely don’t want to ever have to have anyone use. I will do my very very best to work with everyone to make sure that they get their packages safely in hand, however I am not able to replace stolen items. I know that large companies are able to send replacements but I simply cannot afford to do so if the package has been marked as delivered. I hate to be so strict about this, but as much as it isnt your fault- its not mine either and as a small business selling primarly one of a kind handmade items I just cant afford to take the hit. PLEASE have your packages shipped to a secure location. Finally If you contest the charge on your credit card after the package has been shipped I will have your order rerouted to me, and you will no longer be able to purchase items from me. I will not allow payments to be held as ransom for not yet delivered artwork. Shipping takes time, and it is up to you to be patient and to let the system work. I have never refused a collector a refund when appropriate, and I go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy.

-ACCORDING TO USPS, IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED, BUT ISN'T THERE, AND IT WAS STOLEN, THAT IS NOT COVERED BY USPS PACKAGE INSURANCE.

-IT IS UP TO THE BUYER TO HAVE PACKAGES SHIPPED TO A SECURE LOCATION.
